Spend any time with Preston, and you will inexplicably feel better about your life. It’s hard to pinpoint why, but his perpetual smile, gentle spirit, and unbreakable optimism always makes us want to be better human beings.

A black kid from Alaska. A black kid who skateboards. A pro skater from Alaska. Preston’s been defying what “they said” he should be his entire life. The last stereotype he busted? That professional skateboarders are hard partying wastoids that only care about themselves. Tell that to the thousands of kids around the world he’s inspired.

Thirst Project is a charity with a powerful mission: to build a socially-conscious generation of young people who will end the global water crisis. Waterborne diseases kill more children every single year than AIDS, Malaria, and all world violence combined. By providing a community with safe drinking water, disease rates can drop by up to 88% and child mortality rates can drop up to 90% – virtually overnight.
